People looking into the tourism career path may approach tourism recruitment agencies, but will generally find that the agencies have high expectations of their candidates. The question that potential candidates should then ask is what makes the perfect candidate? Is there a perfect candidate? How does a company determine what makes a perfect candidate? Within the travel industry comes a myriad of unexpected situations and problems, which would need to be dealt with effectively without the need of contacting a manager. Always give examples of where you have demonstrated this ability from previous employment experiences.
